The eXperience Concept (TXC) team is made up of dedicated and passionate consultants who have over a decade of experience in sports and event management, leisure and experience creations. We are not a travel company. Experience is our business – we create dream experiences.

TXC is more than just about providing reliable logistics for your travels, events, etc. We are about creating those experiences that - as we may say - even money cannot buy. We want these memories to last a lifetime.
What is special about the TXC Trafford Experience?
TXC will be able to provide more access for fans in securing match day VIP experiences and fulfilling their dreams of watching their team playing live. Above and beyond that, the TXC experience ensures comfortable, hassle-free travel right from the start – our partner for flight and ground transportation is a publicly listed company with offices in 46 cities world-wide while accommodation and ground transfers are arranged with reputable hotels and transportation companies.
How can I book my TXC Experience?

Are flights included in your travel eXperiences?
To offer maximum flexibility for our clients on their flight arrangements, we typically do not include flights in our packages. If you prefer us to assist, speak to our consultants and let us do the rest. We will plan the entire journey for you.
What are the payment terms like?
A non-refundable booking fee shall be made payable to The eXperience Concept Pte Ltd. For our TXC Trafford Experience, a confirmation fee (50% of the total cost minus the booking fee) shall be paid upon confirmation of hotel stay, match day hospitality and stadium tour. Balance of the payment shall be paid in full, 60 days before the kick-off date. It is possible that your booking may be available when you place an order, but becomes unavailable prior to payment. If this occurs, your sole remedy is to contact TXC to make alternative arrangements.
What if there is availability for match day hospitality and stadium tour but not for the stay in Hotel Football?
TXC will source within our network of partner hotels and offer a suitable alternative. Rest assured that we have great back-up options for you.
Your experience comes first.
What happens if the match is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances?
Match tickets, hotel stay and match day hospitality will automatically be moved to the new date. Clients may need to amend their travel plans accordingly.
